Loveaholics Terms of Service: Understand Your Rights & Responsibilities

Welcome to loveaholics ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and loveaholics regarding your access to and use of the loveaholics.net website and any related services, features, content, or applications offered (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Our Content: The loveaholics name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of loveaholics or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Your Content: By posting, uploading, or submitting any content ("User Content") to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that User Content in connection with the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, you understand that content you delete may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall loveaholics, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid to loveaholics in the last twelve (12) months.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LOVEHOLICS EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any user content, user conduct, or third-party products or services advertised on the Services. Any interactions with other users are solely between you and such users.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or use the account deletion tools provided within your account settings.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution in London, United Kingdom. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop any actual or threatened unauthorized use or abuse of the Services, or infringement of our intellectual property rights.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via the email associated with your account or by posting a notice on the Service prior to the change becoming effective.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.
